Osmose is seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect with proven experience and a passion for conceptualizing and selling solutions. You will be responsible for selling into new prospects as well as farming back into existing customers to expand our solution footprint and ensure solutions can be implemented successfully by our Delivery Team. Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, up-selling/cross-selling to existing accounts, increasing margins and contributing to overall sales team and business success.
Under the direction of the Corporate Development Team, the successful Solutions Architect has proven experience working alongside Sales and Product Management to conceptualize, position and sell value-add solutions that solve our customers’ business challenges through our portfolio of product and service offerings. This position supports execution of the strategic growth plan which includes selling to new prospects, upselling/cross-selling to existing customers and growing revenue and margins to achieve company targets. In this capacity, the Solutions Architect is responsible for requirements gathering, solution architecture (to satisfy customer objectives and add business value) and developing winning proposals that illustrate the company’s technical approach and business value.
This position is home-based (any location, preferably Western U.S.) with some travel.
