  • Overview

    The Billing Specialist prepares invoices using internal programs, inputs electronic invoices in various customer-provided systems, and ensures adherence to processes and controls.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare and process various types of invoices using internal and external applications
    • Process and track Credit Memos, ensuring proper authorization
    • Process Request for Invoices (RFI)
    • Maintain customer invoicing hotline phone line
    • Assist finance team with monthly accruals and internal audits

    Qualifications

    • A minimum of two (2) years' related experience.
    • Basic to intermediate computer skills required in Excel and related computer software.
    • Team oriented, confidential, flexible, friendly and self-motivated.
    • Ability to work and communicate with all levels of employees and management via email, telephone, or in person.
    • Ability to learn processes, procedures and software independently and quickly.
