The Project Software Engineer will be responsible for working with Osmose’s Project Delivery team in our Buffalo, NY office to build custom software for individual projects that require specialized data deliverables, reporting or analysis, process automation or system integration. This position will also work closely with the Supervisor – Delivery Systems to analyze our internal workflows and help build software that automates or otherwise improves our business processes.
The Project Delivery team is responsible for configuring and deploying Osmose’s data processing and mobile work management system, "Portal", to manage asset information, inspection and maintenance data, and other project information. The Portal system is a highly configurable platform, but there is often a need to extend the functionality of Portal or build integration between it and other customer systems.
The Project Engineer works under the direction of Manager of Engineering to oversee the technical aspects of multiple steel structure repair projects including design development, submittal preparation, customer approval, and material procurement phases on all assigned projects. The Project Engineer also ensures that field activities conform to the requirements of the project.
This position can be based at our office in Atlanta-Midtown or in Peachtree City.
The primary responsibility for this position is to perform, manage, and monitor tasks with an emphasis in meeting customer expectations as it pertains to timely and accurate submission of deliverables. The Production Technician works under the direction of Senior Technicians, Supervisors, and Engineering Manager to provide specifications, data deliverables, reports, and calculations to deliver and support Osmose services and products.
The project manager will serve as our customer’s on-site point-of-contact for responding to technical services requests and user-level pole loading questions. Customer offices are located throughout the San Diego county area. The majority of work is completed from the Kearney Mesa office.
